We are subletting our 2 bedroom basement flat for 3 months with the option to extend subsequently. The flat is located on a beautiful, quiet street in Stoke Newington.

Allen Rd is in a safe area with a park just behind the flat. There are cafes, bakeries, shops and a lovely pub on the street to enjoy post-social distancing.
It's a 10 minute walk to Dalston overground and under 5 minute's walk to buses connecting to central London.
The deposit is £1700 for the entire flat or £850 per room.
Bills are around £50 pounds each per month.
The flat is available from June 25th (potentially earlier if need be) until September 25th, with the option to extend by negotiation with the landlord.
