Our housemate Leah is moving on, so there’s a beautiful modest-sized and part-furnished double-room available. Where you could be bathed in the dappled morning sunshine and gently woken by joyful shrieks of children playing in the park below your window.

I'm Nick, the owner of the house and when not trying to write a house-advert, I'm a photographer/ teacher. I'm a Londoner. My housemate Malcolm is French and looks after a musician/ label. Leah was doing her PHD in biotech. We’re easy going and friendly, artsy, left leaning household. We get on real well but tend to be busy with our lives. It’s a great house if you like peace and quiet to get on with your thing -whether work or study.

The house has two bathrooms, has an airy and uncluttered feel, newish kitchen and quality appliances. A spacious kitchen diner opens onto a cosy back garden, We are 80% veggie pescatarian -meat v occasionally. There are two useable social spaces, possible to get space when you need it.

Looking for a professional person or full-time student. Good if you’re an experienced sharer who may have looked after a property before -someone solid and reliable. If you can control a gas hob, keep a communal space tidy, expert at locking the front door .. you're a contender. Ever been called "a safe pair of hands" by anyone you lived or worked with? then we need to hear from you. You need to be totally cool with a live-in-landlord situation, it is a lodger contract not an STA..

Bills/ utilities fixed until the end of the year at £160, we have a cleaner -around £53 month inc materials.
