The room:
We have a lovely double bedroom in our flat above the pub. Like the rest of the flat, the room has high Georgian ceilings with a large window, making it feel cosy but with great natural light. The room will come with a double bed, a wardrobe, a small cupboard and two bedside tables.

The Flat:
This a four bedroom flat with separate large kitchen with dining table and sitting room with a TV and great view over the green, perfect for a spot of people watching. Perching above the pub, right on the green, we really are in a fantastic location with lots of cafes and restaurants right on our doorstep. The flat is fully double glazed and the pub doesn't play music (it's more of a gastro pub with great food) so there are no worries about excessive noise.

About us:
Currently the flat is made up of 4 girls, one who you would be replacing. We're all busy people, but like enjoying time in the flat and chatting in the kitchen or living room on the rare occasion we are all in! One works as a social worker, one is a service planning co-ordinator and one works for a record label.

This is our home and we're looking for someone who wants to make it theirs.
