I’m looking for a fab girl to take over my light-filled double room in my flat in Newington Green. I’ve loved living here for 2 years and will be sad to go!

It’s close to Dalston, Stoke Newington, Highbury and Angel, and there’re loads of fab green spaces such as Clissold Park, Newington Green and Dalston Curve Garden nearby.

The room is furnished with a comfy double bed with built-in storage, black-out curtains and a wardrobe that was new last year. The drawers and corner table will be coming with me, leaving room for a desk / dressing table / some drawers.

The split-level flat contains an upstairs bathroom with shower and bath, downstairs loo, spacious, cosy reception room and well kitted out kitchen.

Flatmates are Nour, a digital marketing guru from Paris, and Catrin who works in sales.

The ideal new housemate would want to call the place a home and keep up the respectful, friendly atmosphere of this cracking little place!

We’re located on the upper floor of a social housing block with fob access, making it safe and secure.

Transport wise so many buses stop right on our doorstep, including the 73, 341, 476, 38, all of which are handy for getting into Central London or further East. Nearest stations are Canonbury Overground (7 min walk), Dalston Junction/Dalston Kingsland Overgrounds (13 min walk), Highbury & Islington Over/Underground (15 min walk/5 min bus ride).
