Double Room in maisonette in Newington Green

We are looking to replace our friend Cathryn in our 3 bed / 2 bath maisonette in Newington Green. The common areas are furnished (really nicely). The available room is beautiful and the largest in the flat . The room comes unfurnished although Cathryn has a few items she can sell or leave behind. Our house is well stocked with plants, kitchen equipment etc. so we have got you covered. Happy for you to bring your own stuff too.

Marisa and I are early thirties professionals who (normally) work in central. We like to cook, cycle, have nights out and generally explore. We are a social bunch and this house is great for hosting friends for dinner parties. We are happy to answer any questions! Move in date is flexible from mid-July.
