Room in House with Garden (Newington Green)

We would love a friendly and tidy professional (35+) as a new flatmate to make up for the departure of our wonderful flatmate this May. The room is available as soon as possible, so if you want to move in before 20th June that's possible!

The available room is a single room in a 4 bedroom house and is furbished with a bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, desk and chair. The rent is £500/month and covers all bills except in winter you may have to pay around £20/month to cover the additional cost of heating and broadband is an extra £15/month - so really max £35

The house is located in a beautiful Victorian road in Newington Green. It’s only a 2 min walk away from all the major bus connections to everywhere.
And it's really close to some of the best spots - Clissold park is just around the corner, it's about 20 minutes to Church Street and just a bit further on into Dalston!

We are relaxed and welcoming flatmates and have an amazing garden (I got really into gardening since I moved here!). Great for looking at the nighttime clouds in winter and for BBQs in the summer!

We all have our own lives but are happy to have a chat in the kitchen or garden when we find the time. Oh and we have a washing machine and tumble drier too!

We do keep the house clean and have busy lives so you should be able to tidy/clean up after yourself.
