Room for let (10 months left on lease with option to renew) in a beautiful, light filled, spacious flat with large living area, separate kitchen and dining area, ample storage (heaven) and in an amazing location- 5 minutes from canonbury overground, pop across the road to a fantastic bus network and 15 min walk to Highbury and Islington or Dalston. Newington Green is a buzzing area with popular cafes, restaurants and parks all within a short walking distance. Living with 2 females (1 German and 1 Australian) who are both friendly professionals. We're ideally looking for a professional in their 30s who works at least part of the week in the office, is very clean and respectful of others' space and busy lives.

Room is furnished with a bed and chest of drawers, but you'll need to bring the rest. The room is available from 1 October.
