We have a huge double bedroom on the middle floor of our gorgeous townhouse in Newington Green, available from mid June as the current housemate (Liam) is moving out to go travelling.

The house is located on a quiet residential street, its a 5 min walk to Dalston with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, a 5 min walk to Dalston Kingsland Overground, and a 10 min walk to Dalston Junction Overground.

The house has 2 full bathrooms, a spacious open plan living room connected with the kitchen (with all the mod cons), sunny patio, and garden (shared with the basement flat).

The room is part furnished, the wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers are included, and Liam is willing to sell any of the rest of his furniture to the new tenant for a reasonable price.

The house is shared with 3 clean, friendly and chilled housemates (Conor, Amit & Bea, 27 - 29) that are working professionals:

We all work at least a couple of days a week in the office.

We're into all the usual stuff - Pubs, food, gym, running, travel, etc. We have our own things going on so there is plenty of space in the house. We're after someone fairly similar that would fit into the house well, i. e. easy-going, clean, has their own stuff going on.

Rent: £972
Bills: £200 /month (energy, internet, water, council tax & cleaner every other week)
So £1172 all in.

Sadly, the rent will be going up by ~8% when the contract renews in August, so the rent for the room will then be £1053 (£1253 all in).

Room is available anytime from the 15th June, and Liam has a couple of days of flexibility either side of that if needed.
