I'll be travelling from the 1st of Oct to the 20st of Dec so looking to sublet my room for 2.5 months! – Spacious, Bright Victorian Flat in Newington Green

The Flat
It's a well-presented split-level Victorian flat with a private entrance and outdoor space, located on a quiet, tree-lined street just off the Newington Green. This 2.5-floor home is bright and full of character, featuring high ceilings and plenty of natural light.

The first floor includes a well-equipped kitchen, a reception room, and a modern wet room (with a shower and toilet). On the second floor, you’ll find two bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The flat has all the amenities you’d expect to make it a comfortable home.

The Room
The room itself is spacious (>20m2) and airy and contains ample storage space, a super king bed (with Tempur mattress) and a standing desk including a curved wide screen monitor -perfect for working from home.

Location
The flat is ideally located just around the corner from Newington Green, known for its great coffee shops and lunch spots. If you enjoy both East and North London, this location is perfect. Dalston is a 5-10 minute walk, while Upper Street and London Fields are a 10-minute bike ride away. Clissold Park and De Beauvoir Town are also within walking distance. If you work in the City, it’s just a 20-minute bus/bike ride.

Flat mate
You’ll be sharing the flat with a friendly expat in his early thirties who works in tech.

Rent
The rent is £1650 per month, including bills and a fortnightly cleaner. I’m looking to sublet the room for the majority of the time I’ll be away.
