Hackney flat, ASAP - 1st Feb (April potential)

Hey! I'm looking for someone to fill my room now that I'm moving out with my partner. *This house is currently on the market to be sold*. We will be given a two month notice period once our landlord has found a seller. Our best guess is the tenancy will end beginning of Feb.

Perfect if you're looking for somewhere asap, and happy to then have the two month period to find somewhere more permanent.

The two remaining housemates met Spareroom (same with our last housemate) but we've all become really good friends over the past (almost) four years living here, so we're looking for someone that also wants it to feel like a home etc etc. We've made it a cosy, peaceful place to come home to after a week of working.

The room is going for £765 pm + bills (around £120). It’s a small room but has a huge sash window, so it’s very bright and you get a damn good sunrise in the morning.

The room comes with a bed frame and mattress and I'm open to taking the desk and drawers in there.

The rest of the house is really lovely, lots of big windows and space. And a projector for watching tv.

(We also occasionally look after our neighbour's dog, Daisy.)
