Double room just off Newington Green

We’re Annabel and Fee. We live in a gorgeous 3-bed flat near Newington Green and we’re looking for someone to come share with us now our housemate is (sadly) moving back to her hometown in Sweden.

Fee is a designer/ all round creative and spends her week in the office. You might catch her cycling around south London in lycra at the weekend.

Annabel's a brand writer and is the one responsible for the colour-coordinated books and all the houseplants. She's usually swimming, running or cycling around NE London somewhere (bonus points if you're up for joining her on swims at the Hampstead Ponds all year round).

We met on Spareroom (same with our last housemate) but we've become really good friends over the past three years so we're looking for someone that also wants it to feel like a home etc etc. We've made it a cosy, peaceful place to come home to after a week of working.

The room is going for £800 pm + bills (around £120). It’s a small room but has a huge sash window, so it’s very bright and you get a damn good sunrise in the morning.

The room comes with a bed frame and mattress. Annabel also owns the small draws and clothes rail so if you wanted to keep those you're more than welcome to (I just ask you look after them so I can sell when the time comes!).

You'll also have a built in wardrobe just outside your door for clothes/ storage etc.

Our housemate used to have a desk in the room, so it's possible, but it's a bit of a squeeze. So if you work from home all or most of the time, bear that in mind! We do have a floor plan if you want to see sizing properly.

The rest of the house is really lovely, lots of big windows and space. And a projector for watching tv.

(We also occasionally look after our neighbour's dog, Daisy.)
