Cosy attic room in Newington Green

We are Sarah and Kate, professionals in marketing and education management looking for a new flatmate :)

The room is a small cosy attic room - it also includes the second floor landing as a designated space for you to use as you see fit!

It’s definitely small but that’s reflected in a price it’s hard to find elsewhere in the area. People have called it their rapunzel tower so if that sounds ideal ping us a message :)

The flat is set over 2.5 floors. The living room is GORGEOUS, so much natural light, and the kitchen is spacious and fully functional.

There are 2 bathrooms in the flat so we very rarely have to queue! There is a little roof terrace accessible through a window which we occasionally hang out on in summer :)

Ideal flatmate would be someone relaxed and down for being a new pal.

Bills are not included in the price. They are approx 150 to 170 per month.

There’s a nonrefundable moving fee of £170 too.
