WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR?
This is a small flat with just you and me, so having the right dynamic is important. I'm looking for someone who:
Takes care of themselves and the space, is clean, and tidy.
Isn't home all the time (e. g., if you have a partner or travel often, that's ideal).
Preferably doesn't smoke.
Has a full-time job (working from home 1–2 days a week is fine, but not full-time WFH).
Is not a student.
I have a partner and spend 1–3 nights a week away from the flat, so you'll have some alone time too.
ABOUT THE FLAT
The flat is on the ground floor with just a few steps to enter. It's a 3-bedroom flat with:
A shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom/toilet.
A mix of furniture from the landlord and myself.
Plenty of plants (which I care for, but fellow plant lovers are welcome!).
It’s a cozy space, so no big parties, but small dinners with friends are fine. There's a shared garden for all residents and a safe bike storage area.
The third bedroom is used as a bike room for my small side business, and this is reflected in the room price (I pay more rent than you).

The room is small but thoughtfully designed to meet your needs:
Comes with a double bed (with storage underneath) and mattress.
Includes a long shelf above the bed, integrated wardrobe, and a bedside table for extra storage.
Features a picture rail for hanging decor.
Offers a lovely garden view from the window.
As the room doesn’t accommodate a desk, I’ve set up a dedicated desk in the living room for your use. While it’s less private, it’s your personal workspace, and I won’t use it.

I’m a designer working 4 days a week at a design agency and running a small bike business from home on Fridays. I enjoy climbing twice a week and often go hiking or cycling on weekends. I’m social but also value alone time and a peaceful home.
