Room in Newington Green available from June 6th

Spacious flat in a very good location with a set of class housemates. Rent seems relatively reasonable for the area.

Electricity and gas run on a meter and we generally pay about 50 a month each on this, possibly less in the summer months. Broadband is an additional 8 a month per person I believe. We have a washing machine, dryer, garden, gas cooker, oven, microwave, airfryer etc. if you were wondering.

We're 3 professional males who get along really well, watch films and football together as well as go out for the odd pint on evenings and weekends. Always down to try out local events and explore new things that London has going on.

All of us are pretty chill with interests in sport, music, exercise. James is from Newcastle and is a content/ sports writer, loves to run and go to gigs. Ryley is from Melbourne and is a maths teacher out in West London, loves a swim and working on his biceps. I'm a social researcher from Bradford pretty much into anything - cycling, running, swimming, film, gigs, beer gardens etc. All the good stuff.

We're looking for someone to come in and add to the camaraderie. Not necessarily looking for a party head so don't worry if that's not you. We're pretty irreverent in our humour and happy in our home and would love you to be a part of that.
