This house is absolutely stunning, with 2 large double bedrooms and a large living room, with a small office and a large garden, in the heart of Stoke Newington.

We are moving out due to moving abroad and are looking for two people or two couples to take over the house from us. We would be looking to change the names on the lease to yours, provided you meet the agency’s requirements (MAX two tenants on the lease as the house doesn’t have an HMO license ). For the financial checks you need to be earning 3x the annual household cost, Or each have a Uk guarantor earning £54k a year.

Ideally the move in date is the 20th of June, with some flexibility for the right people.
