Hello! I'm currently looking for a new flatmate (no couples, sorry!) for a cute double room by Newington Green, that's available from June 1st but with flexibility from May 25th

About the room:
It's a fully fitted double room comprising of:
- Double bed
- Bedside table
- Wardrobe
- Big chest of drawers
- Good size desk (pretty new as well)
There's also very fast internet (512gb), making it great for working from home!

About the flat:
The house is located very close to shops, bars, cafes, a great variety of restaurants, 10 mins walking from Dalston and 15 from Stoke Newington. Truly an amazing place to live in and explore!

It’s a lovely 2 bedroom flat (about 75sqm or 800sqf), very well laid out and on two stories, with good storage as well.

Downstairs (and that’s 1st floor) there’s dining & living and kitchen.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and the bathroom (split as toilet + shower&sink).

There's also a very cute communal garden in the building, the living room is facing it and it's really relaxing, plus the area and neighbours are very quiet.

The flat is very well connected as well, there are two bus stops on each side of the building (lines 73, 341, 476, 141, 236) plus the overground is just at 8 minutes walking distance.
You can reach:
- Old Street station in 15 minutes.
- Hackney Central in 15 minutes.
- Highbury & Islington in 12 minutes.

A bit about me:
I'm Michele (Mike) and I'm a 36yo professional. I'm a chilled person and like to relax at home and I'm very respectful of my flatmate but I'm always up for drinks, food, movies or even just a chat!
I've been living here for 5 years and I love the area and the amazing things it has to offer.

My current flatmate Todd is moving out by May 31th, so I’m looking for someone entering on June 1st but we can evaluate flexibility between May 16th-31st as well.
