Spacious room in Newington Green

We are Sarah and Emily, 28 year old friends looking for a new flatmate.

The room is very spacious and open (the biggest in the flat) with big windows. There's room for multiple wardrobes, WFH space and of course a double bed. You can even see a view of the Shard / City from the room which is quite cool!

The flat is set over 2.5 floors. The living room is GORGEOUS, so much natural light, and the kitchen is spacious and fully functional. There are 2 bathrooms in the flat so we very rarely have to queue! There is a little roof terrace accessible through a window which we occasionally hang out on in summer :)

The area is amazing. Newington Green and Stoke Newington have amazing food places, Dalston is well known for fun jazz - and other great areas are within walking / cycling distance (Highbury & Islington, Finsbury Park, London Fields, Angel etc). We're connected with loads of bus routes from the square, plus easy walk to Overground and 10-15 minute walk to Highbury & Islington underground.

Sarah & Emily: We work in the marketing / sustainability industry. We are laid back, like a laugh and chill evenings watching comedy in the living room, but equally like to do our own things & hobbies throughout the week. The ideal flatmate would be someone relaxed, down for a good chat, and up for being a new pal :)
Jess: I am moving out because I'm buying a place, but I've absolutely loved living in this flat for the past few years! The new tenancy starts on the 18th August so think that would be a seamless switch-over time but can be a bit flexible if needed.

Bills are not included in the price. They are approx 120 to 170 per month (for council tax, water, electricity, gas and wifi combined).
