It’s an incredibly comfortable home with a peaceful leafy outlook from the huge 7m terrace, which gets a lot of sun all day long (perfect for growing flowers and a herb garden).

The bedroom fits a queen bed with ample room on either side. The bathroom has a bath. The kitchen has a full sized fridge, a dishwasher, lots of cupboard space and a washing machine.

The flat is unfurnished.

We are looking for someone who can take on the remaining 12 months of our lease (ending 10 August 2025). We are moving overseas.. For this reason we are flexible about when the move in date can be. If you would prefer an earlier or later date, please message because I’m sure we can make it work.
