My name is Tom and I'm looking for a flatmate to join me due to my current flatmate moving out towards the end of August.
The Flat:
2 bedroom flat in the centre of Newington Green. With an open-plan living area(kitchen/lounge), a small balcony, 2 bedrooms and one shared bathroom.
The place is in a great area, right next to the Newington Green park. It's 8-10 minutes walk away from Canonbury&Dalston Kingsland(overground). 18-20 minutes walk from Highbury&Islington(Victoria Line). Nearby, there are plenty of bus routes.
Bills are not included and are usually around £200 - including council tax, gas, water, WiFi, electricity etc.
The room is available part-furnished. The room has a bed, desk, cupboard and wardrobe included.
About me:
Tom - 30, Cardiff, work in IT. I've been living in London for just over a year - I enjoy eating out, going to the gym and watching football/rugby. I'm easy-going, and always up for hanging out or watching a movie.
