Spacious double room in Newington Green!

The room
Spacious double bedroom with wardrobe and desk with windows facing the south perfect for working professionals working from home.

The flat
Good size flat with spacious kitchen and small dining area, spacious living room that can also double as an office with desk chair. One toilet with separate bathroom with shower and bath.

Bills and council tax come to £120 a month per person and we also have a cleaner who comes every fortnight which we all take turns paying which is £30.

The current flatmates
A female (24) from Australia and male (26) from Hong Kong. Both working from professionals laid back and enjoy a chat after work and also respect our own space. We are looking for someone who is laid back and easy going and keeps a tidy house and enjoys a chat.

The area
The flat is in a great area of North East London just a short walk away from Newington Green which is surrounded by lovely cafes, grocers and restaurants. A 10 minute walk away from Dalston Kingsland and Junction overground stations and busy Kingsland high street where there is plenty of supermarkets and restaurants.
