Description
We have a double room available starting the 1st of October as I'll be moving out of London. If you are interested in this room please send a message with a bit about yourself and I'll be holding viewings starting from next week!
The room:
Furnished double room with a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers and desk and bright sunny light from the south facing window.
The flat:
Spacious three bedroom flat with a spacious kitchen and lots of cupboards, small dining table and one toilet and separate bathroom with shower and bath. There's also a shared living room/ office with comfy sofas and office desk if you need to work from home.
Bills and council tax come to around £120 per month and we have a bi-weekly cleaner thats £30 that we each take turns paying so no cleaning rota necessary!
Current flatmates:
You'll be living with two males in their early to mid 20s both working professionals. We'll be looking for someone who is easy-going and friendly and looking for a non-hassle flat.

The flat is situated in a great location in north-east London just a two minute walk from Newington Green where there is plenty of cafes, pubs, fresh grocers and bus stops to central London and Kings Cross. It's about a ten minute walk from Kingsland High Street and the two overground stations in Dalston. Also 10-15 minutes away from the lovely Clissold Park and Stoke Newington high street.
