A room in this lovely Newington Green house is going to be available at the start of October 2024.
The house has a spacious and well-kitted out kitchen and dining room with a washing machine and plenty of space for bike storage. There is a separate living room connected to the downstairs patio garden. We have a massive basement so plenty of storage space and a really lovely roof terrace for lounging on sunny days. We also have a cleaner who comes fortnightly.
The bedroom faces the patio garden and is very quiet and peaceful. It comes with a double bed and a large double wardrobe, built in bookshelves and a desk – it’s a great space if you work from home!
You would be sharing with three young professionals – Joe, Hannah and Aoife who all get on really well and it's a very chilled and easy-going house.
The area itself is super lovely and has been a really great place to live! Newington Green is about a 2 minute walk away with loads of great cafes and bars and the beautiful Clissold Park and Stoke Newington Church Street are just up the road. Dalston is a 15 minute walk away and it’s just over a 10 minute walk to Canonbury overground.
