Small double room is spacious friendly flatshare

I am very sadly going to be leaving my cosy newington green room, meaning my wonderful flatmates will be seeking a replacement.

The room is a small double but with lots of storage space including a wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving unit. Rent is £595 and with all the bills the total comes to £703.

There is a big kitchen and living room (as well as a rooftop space, great for drinks and sunbathing!) and the location is awesome. It is easily walkable to canonbury and dalston stations as well as being on great bus routes for central london and the city.

We are all indpendent and live busy lives but like to go out for a drink and socialise when we can and would like another friendly, sociable housemate. Ideally a professional (over 25) who works in the office or hybrid :).

N. B we had someone take the room and drop out so we would be looking for someone to move in ASAP. We will also require a financial check so working full-time and ability to provide proof of earnings/ employment contract will be essential.
