Bright room for rent in Newington Green

Hi there,

I’m Angie and I’ve been living with Holly and her sweet cat Panda in Newington Green for more than a year.

Time has come for me to leave to a new country for work and I’m looking for someone to replace me in my current flat to live with Holly.

The property is just 3 mins walk from the pretty Newington Green square, full of cute cafes and independent shops.

We have a garden, a shared kitchen and living room on the ground floor and the two rooms and the bathroom upstairs.

The spacious room you’ll stay in is bright, with the window over the garden.

I’m planning to bring the furniture with me, but I can sell my new muji bed and mattress if needed. The cloth rack is also staying.

Holly is a shoe designer and florist, in love with her sweet and well-behaved cat Panda and always up for a pint at the pub :)

We are ideally looking for a long-term tenant but also shorter terms could be an interesting option!
