It’s fully furnished with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large kitchen and a lovely open plan lounge room & dining area. The room comes with a bed and bedside table.
The area:
Newington Green is a charming little area with loads of nice restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs nearby. There is a Tesco Express just across the road from the flat. The closest overground is a 10 minute walk to either Canonbury or Dalston Kingsland station and Highbury and Islington tube is a 20min speed walk.
A bit about us:
We are a couple from Sydney and have been living in London for 2 years.
Ken - 31, accountant, works in the office full time
Kel - 29, admin coordinator, wfh Mondays & Fridays .
Cost:
Rent - £800 a month + bills (approx £120)
