I’m looking for someone to share a lovely 2-bedroom flat in the Newington Green/Stoke Newington area, just a 5-minute walk from Clissold Park.

A spacious, bright living room with a balcony offering peaceful views (it’s still a bit empty right now, but I’m working on making it cozy!).

A separate kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials: cooking hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge

1 bathroom and a handy shed downstairs - perfect for parking a bike, with double-gate security.

The available room is a double with a built-in wardrobe, and it’s ready to move into now!

A bit about me:
I’m Spanish and have been living in London for 11 years (time really flies!). I work in the music industry and usually work from home on Mondays, heading to the office Tuesday to Friday. I enjoy gigs, cooking, watching films, and playing records.

I’m looking for a flatmate who wants to create a homey vibe - someone who values both personal space and social time. Ideally, you’re a professional with similar interests (but no worries if they’re different!).

About the area and transports:
The flat is in a fantastic location:

15 minutes’ walk to Dalston Kingsland and Canonbury Overground stations.

5 minutes’ walk to Clissold Park and Church Street, full of great pubs, restaurants, and shops

Buses 73 and 476 stop right outside the building, and buses 141, 21, and 236 are just a 5-minute walk at Newington Green.
