Looking for a flatmate to join this beautiful home in Newington Green.

THE ROOM
This is an absolutely huge, bright ensuite bedroom. It's south facing so gets the most beautiful sunlight, and is nice and warm with double glazing. It overlooks the Mildmay overground, and a lovely tree lined street.

THE FLAT
This is a classic terraced maisonette home, with a shared kitchen / living room space and a spacious backyard. We have friendly downstairs and upstairs neighbours too.

THE LOCATION
Newington Green is perfectly located between the business of Dalston and the calmness of Islington. Both dalston overground stations are a short <10 min walk away, and the buses down Kingsland high street are perfect for getting into Shoreditch and central. Newington Green itself is just around the corner, with amazing pastries from Jolene or drycleaners, raclette shop and other necessities just around the corner.

CURRENT FLATMATES
You'll be living with Angel and Lucy, who have lived together for 3 years now, and though I didn't know them when I moved in we've all become great friends. The vibe in the house is more as friends than just flatmates, and we like to treat the home as a peaceful haven to come back to. Both are freelance creatives, with Angel working in Documentary Films and Lucy stage direction.
