Room in 4 bed Newington Green home 🏡

Looking for someone to join our 4 bedroom home in Newington Green from ~24 March (some flexibility). Current lease ends 29 May - the house is staying on so there will be an opportunity to renew the lease. I love this home though sadly am leaving London for work so will need someone to take my place. It’s a huge house that is modern, a very rare find in the area - I will be sad to see it go!

The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you really need. Large open plan living room and kitchen. Kitchen amenities including wine cooler, bean to cup coffee machine, and retractable skylight. Washing machine and dryer included.

There are four double bedrooms, two with en suites. 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 2 on the 2nd, with common spaces on the ground floor. You’d be taking up the bedroom on the first floor which shares a bathroom with one other housemate (female). Each bedroom has a balcony. It also has a private front garden that is well kept with a lawn and garden furniture / BBQ.

Canonbury overground : 5 min walk, Highbury and Islington station : 12 min walk, Dalston junction overground : 15 min walk.
The bus services are also abundant and right outside the mews on the same road.

You would be sharing with 3 lovely housemates, all young professionals between 29-31: Emma, Rob and Tom. We are all pretty chill and there is definitely enough space in the house to do your own thing but its also a great space for communal dinners with the house or some friends.

We are looking for someone who appreciates a beautiful modern home that is well looked after, is sociable and obvs a top housemate 😊

Rent £1474/month. Bills not included. Roughly comes to ~£200 including council tax, broadband, electricity and a weekly cleaner.
