Hi, I'm looking for a lovely female professional to replace my current flatmate who is sadly moving out after 3y living together.

It's an amazing flat with a very bright double room and huge built in wardrobe (my flatmate definitely didn't do a good job with the photo as you can't really see the wardrobe that streches across the whole wall and the whole room is also bigger in person :)

The flat has a shared living room and a small balcony too (although we don't really sit there). It's on the top floor of 3 storey building. The building itself is super quiet with only 6 flats and quiet and respectful neighbours.

The LOCATION is everything!
It's perfectly located 3mins walk from the Newington Green roundabout with buses 141,341,73,476 and 236 taking you to London Bridge, Angel, King's Cross and Central London. There's plenty of other bus stops 10mins walk from the flat.
Walking distance (around 20mins) to Angel, Highbury and Stoke Newington (10mins walk).
Less than 10mins walk to Dalston high street with all the shops, bars and restaurants.
10mins walk to Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overground.

The street we live in is super quiet although we are surrounded by busy neighbourhoods. Lots of lovely and big parks around as well.

About me:
I'm 33y and work as a teacher in a Primary School nearby. I am at work all the time so sometimes who works from home would love this flat :)

The rent is £700 per month plus bills that will be be around £150 (no more than that).

The room is unfortunately only for a short term let for now, from 3 months up to 6 months max (it might change and become longer term, depends what the landlady decides to do with the flat). The landlords are very lovely people too, will try to make everything as fair as possible.
