Looking for a new housemate for a lovely double room in Islington!

Sadly my lovely housemate is moving out and our current contract is renewing. Move in date flexible but preference for Mid / Late April!

The fun bits:
- The flat is in Newington Green about a 7 min walk to Canonbury (overground) and 15 min walk to Dalston junction and 15 min to Highbury / Islington (underground)
- The room is a very spacious double room with a skylight and plenty of natural light
- Available from now! The contract is currently rolling but we’ll sign a new 12 month context once move in date is settled!
- Rent: £1350 / month and bills ~£200
- Flat is huge!! It’s a 3 bedroom and 2 bath spread across 2 floors. While it’s a 3 bed only 2 people live here so there’s heaps of space! The spare room is used as a home office, workout space, or for any guests In town ~ a fun bonus
- Bonus 2: there’s also a back garden for garden parties in the spring / summer

A bit about me!

I’m 28 and I’m quite laid back, love to travel, go for a run, and anything outdoorsy. I'm looking for a housemate that's keen for the occasional wine night, pub eve, park run, yapping sesh etc! At the same time, I'm also not around the flat too much with work, friends, and travels so okay with someone that wants to do their own thing! I work in analytics for a fintech and am in office 2 - 3 times per week. Ideally looking for someone that’s a bit of the same.
