Hey! I am sadly moving out of my flat of two years and looking for someone to take over my tenancy (I am also open to shorter term options but a takeover is ideal).

Here are some details about my flatmates:
- 1 girl, Polish, 25, working as a furniture maker
- 1 boy, English, 24, working as an architect
- 1 girl, French, 23, working as an architect
- We are all UCL grads and have been living in this flat since we were students
