One double room available in a large house near Clissold Park and Newington Green. I’ve lived here for almost two years and my Australian flatmates are moving home and my flatmate Jack has moved in with his gf so his room is now free!
It’s a double room, with a bathroom just next door shared with my room. It looks out to a large garden and comes furnished.
The house is beautiful, and HUGE. We have a large kitchen dining area, a large hallway where we sometimes get out the table tennis table and then a large front room/lounge. It’s a two floored house and this room is on the first. It’s bright and comes with a desk and chair too.
The contract is renewing in July when we are looking for someone to move in. The actually contract wouldn’t begin until the 14th but it is available from the 1st if someone wants to move in earlier.
You’d be living with three others:
Me: 29, Scottish, work in tech, lived in London for a while now, enjoy climbing, films and going for dinner/to the pub!
Two Aussies: been in London for a year, play netball, enjoy cooking, BQQ’s and travel
Bills are about 120 a month
Council Tax band D
It’s a super relaxed and friendly house and we’ve made it a lovely home.
