We are looking for a new housemate to join our sociable house in Newington Green, with a double bedroom available from 1st August. Contract will be 1.5 years but there is a break-clause as long as you give 2 months notice.

Double bedroom with a big window that let's the light in all day available in our three bed flat located just 5 minutes away from Newington Green.

The remainder of the flat has all your standard amenities, with a spacious kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom (with Bath), living room and large garden and a balcony which is perfect for the summer.

The rent it £850pcm, not including bills which comes to ~£120 per month (on average) which covers internet, heating, gas, electricity water, council tax etc.

The flat is located in a quiet street nestled between Stoke Newington and Dalston (Zone 2), about a 15 minute walk from Dalston Junction and Kingsland Station. The flat is also located very close to Clissold Park, Clissold Leisure Centre, Church Street with lots of cool cafes/shops, and Dalston. We love, LOVE the location. So many pubs and bars only a 10 minute walk from home.

We are Emily and Gabi. We met on our MA course studying animation. Both of us work in animation and love film! Both 30. Myself, from the UK (Nottingham) and Gabi from South Korea. We love hanging out together but also respectful of each other's space. Social household, watching films together or cooking together. Will occasionally go to our local pub to meet up with pals in the area.
