The room is small but fits a double bed, a dresser, and a tall shelving unit. There is also storage under the bed and a hanging rail above the dresser for you to hang clothes. There is also a pretty big mirror which is nice. I used to live in this room for a year and am pretty proud of the layout to maximise the space haha!

You will also have your own desk with shelving in the living room area (pointed out in the photo) as well as bins for your shoes in the hallway.

The neighbourhood is incredible:
- 5-10 min walk from Canonbury station
- 15-20 min walk to Highbury & Islington station
- 2-5 min walk from plenty of bus stops into central London / Angel / Shoreditch / Kings Cross / Victoria / Etc.
- 2 min walk from Newington Green
- 15 min walk from Clissold Park

The bills total around £172 / month per person, depending on the season.

The flat is by the train/overground tracks but I have lived here for 2 years now going on 3 and it does not bother me! But just FYI :) None of the past tenants have ever had any complaints with it either.

A bit about me:
- I am 25, female, and I work in Digital Marketing!
- I am in the office 3/5 days a week & would like someone who also goes into the office frequently/is not always WFH
- I love to exercise, travel, spend time with friends, read, and go to gigs
- I am a busy person who is social, but I also really enjoy alone time and see the flat as a nice relaxing space. I would love to get to know you and form a friendship, but also have our own separate lives.
- Keeping the space clean is also important as it is not super big :) I do not sweat the small stuff, but would like someone who is pretty clean & tidy.
