Double bedroom with a big window, double bed, desk, built in wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers available in our three bed flat located just 5 minutes away from Newington Green.

The remainder of the flat has all your standard amenities, with a spacious kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom (with Bath), living room and large garden and a balcony which is perfect for the summer.

It’s £1000 per month. The flat is located in a quiet street nestled between Stoke Newington and Dalston (Zone 2), about a 15 minute walk from Dalston Junction and Kingsland Station. The flat is also located very close to Clissold Park, Clissold Leisure Centre, Church Street with lots of cool cafes/shops, and Dalston. We love, LOVE the location. So many pubs and bars only a 10 minute walk from home.

Creative, sociable house of young professionals. Two girls, Emily and Maryana. We love hanging out together but also respectful of each other's space. Social household, watching films together or cooking together. Will occasionally go to our local pub to meet up with pals in the area.
