Hi - unfortunately my current flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to move into his room from October the 11th onwards. The room itself is large, with high ceilings, two double windows, a fireplace and a large double bed - with plenty of extra space.
The flat itself is a decorated very nicely and is in a perfect location - 5 minutes away from Canonbury station and a 15-20 minute walk from Highbury & Islington. We’re also a 10 minute walk from Dalston too.
The flat is above a lovely pub, called the Cellar Taps. As a result there is some noise from the pub below - especially on Fridays and Saturdays, hence the reduced rent for the flat itself and area that we’re in.
