Hi! I'll be moving out and on the look out for a person to take my spot in a friendly house by the lovely Newington Green. You'd be living with a wonderful bunch of working professionals in a quiet but social household! The house has two bathrooms so early morning queues are never an issue haha
Rent would be £851.50 p/cm not including bills. Bills consist of Electricity, Gas, really fast Internet, Council Tax and a cleaner. avg. £120 a month but can be more in Winter months due to gas heating.
Ideally we'd like to have a the new housemate's tenancy start on the 15th of October with rent paid on the 15th of each month onwards.
Nearest stations: Canonbury Overground (10 min walk) / Dalston Kings land (16 min walk)
Buses: 341/141 directly outside the house with many connections to North, East and Central London.
