Room in Bright 2-Bed – Newington Green / Canonbury

Hey!

My flatmate’s moving in with her partner so I’m looking for someone to take up her room from October. I think I've covered most of it below but shout if you've got any questions (:

📌 Location:
- N16, 10-12min walk from Canonbury OG (Mildmay and Windrush lines)
- Clissold Park, Newington Green and Church Street all within a 5min walk
- Highbury & Islington, Dalston, the Reservoir, Finsbury Park, London Fields (a bit further) all within easy reach too
- On the border of Islington/Hackney with great bus, overground, bike connections both ways

🏡 The Flat:
- Top floor (3rd) with no lift. Got windows all round so filled with natural light all day (even through the winter)🌞
- Super cosy shared living room with a juliette balcony
- Shared (split) bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and furnished all through etc.
- Lots of storage and have a shed downstairs which we can chuck stuff in as needed
- 🛏️ The Room: Furnished with a double bed and a massive wardrobe - can do what you like with the space

📅 Dates / Contract:
- Available from 6th Oct
- Ideally looking for a short let, don’t have an exact timeframe in mind just yet so pretty flexible here or on the arrangement
- Council Tax Band B (incl. in that rent for ease)

💁‍♂️ A bit about me..
- Hitesh, 32yo professional working in coffee/restaurants/tech. Currently on 3 days a week (all in the office) but that might scale up soon. In and out on the other days and normally out playing sport or with friends fairly regularly on weeknights and weekends. Probably having a chill one in the flat a couple nights a week
- Been in shared spare room lets all through my 20s so pretty comfortable / easy going in that sense. Down to occasionally cook, hang, watch a movie, grab a drink or whatever else but no pressure to either
- I like to keep things tidy but I’m not a clean freak, I do smoke but only ever out the balcony
