3 Month Sublet on Newington Green

Hey,

I am subletting my room in a three bed flat on Newington Green for around three months. It's in a great flat, with two lovely flatmates, both professionals, who work for home a little but are mostly in the office. It's overlooking the green, so it's a real quick walk to loads of lovely cafes and wine bars as well as Canonbury, Highbury and Islington and Dalston station. The building is an old council building, which I like because there's a community here. The flat has a balcony, living room, separate dining room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The room can come more or less furnished depending on what you need, I'll be squirreling all my stuff away into the walk-in wardrobe in the room - but don't worry there'll be plenty of storage space.

We're just looking for a sound flatmate/subletter really; tidy, friendly, good communication skills and easy going. I'm biased but I think my flatmates fit that description perfectly too.

The rent is inclusive of all bills - Water, Council Tax, Electricity, Gas, and Internet - as well as communal consumables like Toilet Paper and Cleaning Products and a lovely cleaner thats come every other week.
