Large bedroom in pretty building N16

Hey, we have available a very large double bedrooms in Stoke Newington/ Newington Green.
Rooms: both rooms have double ottoman storage beds, one room currently has a sofa and the other has a desk, we can provide desk/ sofa if needed. We will also add clothes rail, bedside table, projector, decor if wanted.
The area is very safe and quiet, good location to stations/ bus stops/ transport and plenty amenities and green spaces. We are looking for a space that everyone will get along. We are 23 year old sisters and one of us will be staying there. The bills per month are £150 so the total room is £1,150 per month.
