Hi,

We are subletting a double room in a three bed flat on Newington Green for around 5 months. From early December to late April/Early May (flexible around end date).

It is a great flat, with two flatmates who have lived together for several years. Both professionals, who work from home 1/2 days a week and have busy active and social lives.

The flat is really nice and overlooks the green so it's a really quick walk to loads of great restaurants and wine bars as well as 7 minutes to Canonbury, 15 minutes to Highbury and Islington and 15 minutes to Dalston Kingsland.

The flat has a balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

The room comes fully furnished excluding the bed side table.
The room will be empty of possessions and there is a plenty of storage as you can see from the photos.

The room is 285cm Wide and 360cm long.

The rent is inclusive of all bills + a fortnightly cleaner.
