Furnished Room in Lovely Stokey Home – Available L

Sadly I’m heading back to NZ, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this genuinely amazing house. Ideal move-in date is around 23rd December, but I can be flexible if you’d prefer something after Christmas.

The House/Room:
We’re based in Stoke Newington, just a 5-minute walk to Newington Green and 10 minutes to Canonbury Station. The location is close to leafy parks, great cafés/restaurants and loads of independent shops. The house has two bathrooms - one shower, one bath. We also have a cute outdoor area that’s perfect for morning coffees or evening wines.

Rent is £800 + bills. We have a fortnightly cleaner that costs about £20 altogether.

The Flatmates:
You’ll be joining three of the best -

Barney (34) – Primary school teacher, music/gig lover and all-round good guy.
Eliza (26) – Manages a top-notch restaurant, total wordsmith and best sense of humour.
Grace (35) – Former chef training to be a therapist, loves a movie night in with a negroni, and has the best chat around.

And of course, there’s Ginger the cat. She’s independent, affectionate and always on the lookout for a warm lap.

Who We’re Looking For:
Ideally someone 25–37, but we’re open to anyone who feels they’d be a great fit for the house. We’re a social flat who enjoy each others company but also respectful of each other space and downtime. We would be looking for a friend as well as a house mate.
