Hi! We’re Alice (28) and Charlie (29), and we’re looking for a friendly couple to join us on a 12-month lease in our beautiful three-bedroom maisonette just off Newington Green.

The flat is spread over three levels. Alice and Charlie have the top floor, while the available room is on the lower ground floor (street level), offering plenty of privacy. The home features a large, well-equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher!) and a separate laundry with a dryer. The available room also comes with its own private bathroom, as you can see on the floor plan, no sharing required. We also have a shared courtyard with our neighbours that’s perfect in summer.

Rent: £1500 per month (excluding bills)

A bit about us

Alice is a cardiac physiologist from Melbourne and works full time in the hospital. She loves playing tennis, hiking and camping, going to gigs and festivals and perusing a good vintage shop. She loves food and cooking for her lucky housemates!

Charlie is from Melbourne and works as a structural engineer. He’s mostly in the office with a few WFH days. He loves getting outdoors, going on hikes, staying active, checking out gigs and festivals, and catching up with mates at the pub.

What we’re looking for

We’d love to live with a couple who enjoy contributing to a warm, social household. We’re big fans of shared meals, the occasional pub trip, and Friday knock-offs — but we also appreciate a calm, clean and comfortable home where everyone can unwind.
