Sunny two-bed between Dalston and Newington Green

hello! after two years my flatmate is moving into a place of his own, so i’m looking for someone to take on his room in our flat between dalston and newington green.

the room is a big double with a king-size bed and double wardrobe (dog sadly not included). the shared living room/kitchen is a slightly unusual shape, but the flat has high ceilings and big sash windows so lots of natural light, especially on a sunny day (which unfortunately it was not when we took these photos!)

it’s a great location and pretty easy to get anywhere - we’re 5 minutes from dalston kingsland for the overground and 15 minutes from highbury for the tube. the railway tavern (london’s best pub) is around the corner, and sainsbury’s/M&S/aldi are all 5 minutes away, as well as everything else dalston has to offer.

you’ll be sharing with matt (31), working in architecture comms. you can normally find me either watching a film at the rio cinema, a gig at cafe oto/shacklewell, or the football at the army & navy. the flat is great for hosting dinner, so would be great to find someone who’s keen for that!

move-in would be from end of february, exact date tbc. unfortunately the landlord doesn’t allow couples. if you’re interested let me know a bit about yourself and i’ll get some viewings organised. cheers!
