Hello Londoners!
I am sadly moving from a beautiful, large house in London, and my room will be available to move into from the end of February.
I have been here for over two years, and I live with an amazing Aussie couple and an amazing Canadian!
The house is huge, with three rooms, three bathrooms, an office/closet space, a large dining lounge, and a large kitchen that opens out into the garden.
The house is about 5 minutes from Clissold Park and 2 minutes from Newington Green. The easiest route into town/work is either walking to Islington (15-20 mins) or hopping on at Canonbury Overground. Alternatively, the 141 from outside takes you straight to the Spitalfields area.
I am leaving as I have been offered my dream job in Scotland, but I'll miss the house a lot. We have a pretty chilled household, some of us working from home/hybrid. We have dinners sometimes or late wine and cheese nights.
The room itself will be furnished with a bed and bed frame and a chest of drawers. It's facing the garden and is right beside the shared bathroom.
Council tax is band D. Bills comes to about 80 a month + 60 for Council tax.
Likely doing viewings from the 15th onwards.
