Lovely double room in Newington Green Attic!

Hiya – I’m looking for someone to rent out my double room in Newington Green. The room is available from now until 31st of October (with the possibility of extending the lease)

The rent is £998 per month, and council tax is £75 per month (fixed).Water is included in the rent, and you’d just need to cover gas and electricity. We have a pay as you go method so bills are not very high and they depend on usage :)

You’d be living in a furnished house with Noah, a 26-year-old guy from Zurich. I’ve lived with him for the past five years and can honestly say he’s a lovely person to live with – very easygoing, considerate, and into arts and nature.

The area is really lovely, with lots of great cafés, restaurants, and pubs nearby, plus several parks that are perfect for relaxing when the weather’s nice. It’s also very well connected to central London via buses and the tube (nearest stations: Dalston and Canonbury).
