Newington Green House with Garden

Heey,
I just got the possibility to move into a house & would need to find 2 roommates that want to move in with me.

Newington Green, the area, all the Cafés, Parks and Pubs are soo beautiful & green 🌱🌳

& I was really impressed by the house and the lardlords 😍

The landlords are a older couple that lived in that house and now in Spain, I am in contact with their daughter, who still lives in that area, and they just want to find tenants that care about their house. The house was not rented recently (there was some construction work).

So, the move in date is quite flexible. Might be April.
Viewed the house today and it is beautiful! We have 3 rooms (4 floors), 1 living room and kitchen, with access to the garden in EG, 2 storage rooms & one storage on the upper floor with a view on the skyline of London, that could be a cozy third space area with pillows or something.
They are happy for us to sell the furniture we don't like, but some pieces are quite nice! 😊

I am Anny (29, German), lived in Munich and Berlin, moved to London 3 months ago, but I am really not happy in Clapham and decided to move. Newington was my favourite!

I am working for Arup in Fitzrovia, building an Innovation programme, I used to work as a Design Engineer for car makers in Munich...
I am a creative and open person:
Techno, Design & Art are a huge part of my life & I would like to find likeminded people. I am also working with 3D Art & want to dive into music probably.
I go running, use Classpass, enjoy drawing and sewing, reading, am really interested in psychology, philosophy and technologies... I am really excited about a lot of things..
I am into cooking (just bought an airfryer), fermenting stuff, all kind of cuisines... I am into gardening & vintage furniture.
I travelled a lot in Asia and went to Columbia before I came to London...

& what a lot of people don't expect is: I do a lot, but I also need a lot of time on my own, or with people I really trust. Soo, I am searching for flatmates that see the house as our home to make it cozy, to recharge, having some home office lunch breaks together & have barbeque in the garden... there is a lot of space & a really want to create something nice out of this already like a dream seeming opportunity! 🦄🕯️

I am a neurodivergent girl, so I am searching for people that are also on the spectrum or understand neurodivergence, that are respectful. Maybe more introvert than extrovert. I really appreciate people, that understand that old houses in London can be really noisy 🐌

I want to find people to become friends with and build something really cool together - this house really has potential.
