The Vibe:

Room available in a fun share house of professionals aged 31 to 37. House makeup is a mix of Aussies, Kiwis and Irish. We all have our own independent lives, but always enjoy a few drinks together, socialising, house bbqs, and watching tv together. Very respectful of space and downtime - but if you are looking for something to do someone will be up for an activity and we’re super inclusive! We are losing one of our kiwis after over 4 years of living here as she moves in with her boyfriend - and we are keen to find someone to fill her large double ensuite bedroom.

The Room:

A large furnished double room with lots of wardrobe and storage space and Juliet balcony. Furnishings are: bed, 2 x bedside tables, 2 x wardrobes, 2 x dressersThe ensuite is huge - has separate shower, bathtub (with shower over bath as well), toilet, bidet and two basins.

The House:

The house is a large 3-level detached house which includes: kitchen, big shared living room and open plan dining area, outdoor area perfect for a bbq.

The Area:

In a great area - loads of cafes, restaurants and pubs in Newington green, and just a 5 min walk to Dalston.

3 min walk to the bus, and a short walk to Dalston Kingsland/Junction stations or Canonbury Station.

Admin:

Available from 1 May, though this is a little bit flexible and could be 25 April at earliest)

The room is £1,160 - this doesn’t include bills. Monthly bills have averaged around £80-£90 for the past year (which includes a fortnightly cleaner, internet, energy - council tax is paid by the landlord).
