One of our flatmates is moving out of London, so we are looking for someone to take over her room on our rolling contract. The room is available from 12 July.

The room is bright, well-sized, and ideal for working from home – it comes with a bed and space for your own furniture. You'll be sharing the flat with two existing housemates: Helen, who works in open spaces at City of London Corporation, and Joanne, who works in the NHS. We are both respectful, easygoing, and enjoy a relaxed home environment – a quiet, friendly vibe with the post-work chat or weekend coffee.

The flat is spacious, with a large kitchen and dining area, living room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and shared bathroom. There’s loads of storage throughout for you to use.

We're in a fantastic location:

- 6 mins walk to Canonbury Overground

- Right across from the Beresford Road bus stop (r73, 341, 476, 141 and 236)

- Easy walking distance to Dalston, Angel, and Stoke Newington
