Two flatmates are moving out of London, so I am looking for someone to take over their rooms on our rolling contract. The first room is available from 1st October and the second will be available from 12th October. Both rooms are great for working from home.

Room 1 is bright and well-sized, it comes with a bed, mattress and space for your own furniture. Rent for this room is £1045.

Room 2 is larger and comes with built in storage, bed and mattress, as well as plenty of room for additional furniture. Rent for this room is £1110.

You'll be sharing the flat with one existing housemate: Joanne, who works in the NHS. We have had respectful, easygoing, and relaxing home environment and hope to keep this going – a quiet, friendly vibe with post-work chat or weekend coffee.

The flat is spacious, with a large kitchen and dining area, living room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and shared bathroom. There’s loads of storage throughout for you to use.

- 6 mins walk to Canonbury Overground

- Right across from the Beresford Road bus stop (r73, 341, 476, 141 and 236)

- Easy walking distance to Dalston, Angel, and Stoke Newington
