Hello!

We have two rooms becoming available in our lovely Victorian townhouse in Newington Green and are looking for two people to take over our tenancies. I’m moving out to live with my partner, and Kate is looking to buy somewhere.

The house is spread across three floors with five bedrooms and is entirely occupied by us. It has two modern bathrooms (both with showers, one with a bath), a private garden, plus both basement and outdoor storage.

You’ll be living with three girls aged 29-30 (Ellen, Vanessa and Ashleigh) who all work in full-time jobs during the week.

We’re ideally looking for people of a similar age who want a friendly and relaxed home.

The house is just off Newington Green and is surrounded by great cafes, pubs, independent shops, parks and greengrocers.

Rent is £926 per month per room, including bills and a cleaner every two weeks. Rent is paid on the 1st of each month.

The move-in date is from 12th July for both rooms, although there can be some flexibility.

This is very much a home rather than a party house, so we’re looking for people who would like to settle in for the longer term and become part of the household.
