I am looking to fill a room in this beautiful Newington Green house (located on the sought after Albion Road), as my current flatmate is moving back to Australia. We have lived in the flat for two years and absolutely loved it.
The room is spacious and comes fully furnished with a queen-sized bed (although the room could fit a king-sized bed if you would prefer) and good sized wardrobe. The flat has two bathrooms, a modern and recently refurbished kitchen and lounge, as well as a huge back garden and balcony which gets a lot of sun and is very modern. It is warm and cosy in the winter.
A bit about me - I am 31, from New Zealand and have been working as a lawyer in the City for around four years. I am social, fun, love to go the gym and run, and enjoy all of the lovely wine bars, pubs, restaurants and parks of Newington Green.
